Delivery Policy

All purchases are shipped from our own warehouses, located across various parts of India. Our goal is to ensure that products reach you within a reasonable timeframe after order confirmation and successful payment.

Delivery Timelines

  • Home Décor & Furniture Items:
    Delivery typically takes 1 to 15 days, depending on the delivery location and logistics availability.

  • Rug Items (Made / Customised Rugs):
    All rug products are made to order and will be delivered within 45 days from the date of order confirmation.
    For customised rug orders, customers may contact us via WhatsApp to share specific requirements and details.

Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping address and unforeseen logistical delays.

Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered either by our in-house delivery team or by third-party courier and logistics partners.

  • Deliveries are usually made between 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Order Acknowledgement

  • Goods must be acknowledged at the delivery address mentioned during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for acknowledgements received by any person other than the customer who placed the order.

Address & Liability

  • Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

  • Once the product has been delivered, we are not responsible for any damage to the product.

Damages & Shortages

  • Any claims related to shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery through the Contact Us page on our website.
