Exchange & Returns

Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Products are eligible for returns only in case of a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
• Returns and exchanges are applicable only on non-custom and non-discounted items.
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).
• If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email with order details.
• We request customers to share:
• One image of the product open for damage inspection
• One image of the product securely packed
• Original packaging is mandatory. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked with all labels intact.
